Agriculture is China‘s fundamental industry. Improving innovative ability of agricultural listed companies is the key to boosting agricultural modernization and developing rural areas.Resource is an important factor in companies‘ R&D and innovation. This paper uses resource-based theory to study the influence of R&D intensity of China‘s listed agricultural companies on their innovative performance and its mechanism, and incorporates tax incentive into model to reveal the relation between R&D intensity and innovative performance under different land resources, which can provide references for listed agricultural companies to make R&D strategy and improve innovative performance. This paper, based on the data of China‘s 2011 to 2020 A-listed agricultural companies, uses Hausman test and dual fixed effect model to study the relation between R&D intensity and innovative performance, and checks the mediation of tax incentive. Results show an upside-down U-shape relation, with most companies in the rising stage, boosted by the tax incentive. R&D intensity promotes innovative performance through precipitation of redundant resources, outstandingly in those companies with more land resources. Proper R&D intensity impacts the growth of listed companies ‘ innovative performance. This paper gives proposals for China‘s listed agricultural companies to boost regional R&D cooperation based on their resources and developing status, expand the space for agricultural multi-function and value-added efficiency, increase their R&D intensity to improve their innovative performance as a core competitiveness, but beware of over R&D intensity bringing negative impacts. Governments shall dynamically use tax policies to maximize its incentive.

EVALUATION AND APPLICATION OF LAKE ENVIRONMENTAL GOVERNANCE PERFORMANCE BASED ON PSR MODEL
DU Xiaorong, LIU Yuanhang
Resources & Industries    2022, 24 (3): 146-158.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20220527.004

Since “Guidelines for Implementing Lake Chief System” was issued on 1/4/2018, this policy has not been well implemented, and neither the lake environment well governed. This paper, aiming at quantitatively evaluating lake environment governance performance, uses pressure-state-response (PSR) model to establish an index system to evaluate the lake environmental governance performance from environment, economy and society, and applies analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of indicators, and combines with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate Gaoyou lake's environmental governance performance, Tianchang city, Anhui province. The results show its performance has a total score at 0.529 8, at a “alarming” status, and its pollution emission, eutrophication and water quality control in tier 2 indicators have scores at 0.3, such a poor level indicating the three are the root causes. In tier 3 indicators, solid waste discharge intensity, water-soil erosion rate, population density, population urbanization level, comprehensive nutrition index, solid waste processing rate, key potable water sources quality qualification are below 0.5, suggesting a poor handling of solid wastes which leads to a larger water-soil erosion, a eutrophicating state and a unqualified water quality. This paper presents suggestions on controlling pollution at the source and water-soil erosion, focusing on eutrophication, setting up information controlling platform, promoting a coordinated development of population and environment, boosting a combination of lake performance results with responsibilities, and establishing a unified Gaoyou lake chiefs system to improve lake environmental governance performance.

Heilongjiangs Huojihe molybdenum deposit is a large porphyric deposit, whose ore bodies are hosting in granodiorite. Its mineralization process includes four states, quartzpyrite, quartzmolybdenite, quartzpolymetallic sulfides, and quartzcarbonate. This paper, based on its geology, acquired the model age of 1769±24-1787±24 Ma, averaged 1776 ±11 Ma,isochronic age of 1766±32 Ma by using ReOs dating, which reveals the deposit formed in the late of Lower Jurassic. The granodiorite contains a higher silicon, and rich alkaline, with Rittmann index of 219-378 and A/CNK of 105-112, belonging to a weakly peraluminous and highK calcalkaline series. The REE pattern shows rightoblique linear and a clear comparison between LREE and HREE. The trace elements are rich in Ba, Th and U large ion lithophile elements, and depleted in Nb, Ta, Ti and P high field strength elements, implying its metallogenic dynamic setting is related to the subduction continental arc of the paleoPacific Plate beneath the Eurasian Continent.

REE is one of the strategic ore resources globally. New products and innovative technology makes a rapid demand for REE resources, but its distribution is not even. This paper reviews the REE resources distribution, development situation and mining capacity of major REE mines, analyzes its supplydemand, and expands Japans REE strategy, and presents suggestions for China to develop REE resources in the future.

Abstract4499)      PDF(pc) (1299KB)(1254)       Save

Under the Plantation Occupancy-Compensation Balance Policy, the total yield capacity of plantation in Jiangsu province is descending due to the gradually consumed plantation resources during urbanization, so the major measure to guarantee provisionment is to increase plantation utilization efficiency. This paper, based on yield efficiency coefficient, consumption harvest coefficient, pollution substitute coefficient and utilization intensive coefficient, evaluates the plantation utilization efficiency, analyzes the contribution ratio of agricultural components to yield capacity and attains some measures to increase plantation utilization efficiency.
